ye u can be banned in a private match using hack as soon as u press play on the menu vac starts scanning for hacks and will also scan in private matches.

depends on what hack your using. its a detected hack.. yes steam will detect it and it will give you probaly a delayed ban

if its UD then you wont be banned. BUT it can be detected any minute [ no offens to the coders here but they are not that super, neither am i in MW2]
