How long do I have to wait till I can rage again?

So I did 2 aimtux rage games with 5 man premade which should mean that I get 10 reports and that's not enough for overwatch?
I think 100+ points will give you 100% overwatch?
I know it's 24hours till I can rage again 2 games or is it less?

I've been doing 21 hours, that seems to be what everyone else says. And the 100 points thing is bullshit, I almost got 200 once, it's fine.
