Lol yeah it exists. It came out as a reward for hitting gold or higher in season 4, I believe. Though, if that was sarcasm then my bad, I can't tell lol.

It wouldnt effect the price of the account. If anything, it would lower it as it shows the account has been actively playing in the past few years.
