How do you know the person wouldn't be just sending it right from the company? Also why aren't people selling this on eBay for like $20 each. They'd make a shit tonne of money...

I think you're missing a fundamental part of what reships are. Reships are usually trusted companies whose address you put on for your orders. Once they receive the order then they will ship it to your own address.
