How many per adress limit?

There is no real limit, I know people that have gotten over 20 devices sent to themselves. You just can't do it all at the same time. 1-2 days in between is recommended.

- How many to 1 Address?
The is no real limit on how many devices can be sent to 1 address. There
are people who have gotten over 20+ devices. We just recommend
using one form every 1-3 days.

- Can they expire?
The forms are generated daily, if it does not work and says it has been used I will provide
a replacement. You have 3 times (The number of forms you purchased) as warranty.
So if you buy 10 forms, you get 30 days of warranty. If you buy 5 forms you get 15 days.

- Why so cheap?
Forms are much cheaper than standard services because they are not 100% guaranteed.
These forms come directly by Fitbit, but there is a slight chance your order might get canceled.
This is why we recommend getting around 5 forms. Since your
probabilities will be much higher. Chance of getting it shipped to to is like 20% - 50%.
