It wont fall off a cliff it will probably just return to its usual price, nothing to worry about. But if you want some ezmoney420 just cashout
I haven't used bitcoin for a super long time, but this is the highest I have ever seen it 1BTC is worth $1,600 CAD or around $1,200USD
I have some BTC RN, What should I do? Do I HAVE to Sell it and cashout, Or is it dangerous to keep BTC currently as the price could fall of a cliff
Keep it as BTC and cash it out when you're in desperate need of cash
Keep hoarding.
Due to the fact the block reward halfs every few years, the price will continue to go up over time. So if your playing long run, keep buying em up or mining them, and get maybe 2,400$ or more for each one, or if you want no risk and fast cash, cashout now. Although a lot of economist have predicted the price to continuously go up throughout 2017
I purchased a lot of coins when it was new and it has since grown in value. Right now I'm cashing out but still have plenty to sell. Might keep a few for myself though.
if you're not looking to use that BTC in the near future, just hold it. HODL it and don't sell...ever
If it falls and you sell you're an idiot. Bitcoin will only go up long term. If anything buy more if it falls.
Perhaps I should clarify when referring to long term I mean in the three years. Bitcoin has 85% of market capitalization when it comes to crypto, and is the most widely used by huge margin. In addition it is growing in popularity. Compared to other crypto currencies it is considerably stable, despite what we saw in the start of 2017. I don't believe in the claim that the price of a BTC will treble or even double. It will drop but I am confident because of it's popularity it will rise again. A return on investment is a guarantee. I completely agree that in the next 5 to 10 years bitcoin will be replaced with a different crypto currency, but for now and awhile it will remain dominant.
For the next three years it should rise to at least two thousand before possibly dying.
Even after the ETF I'd keep going.
