So I've been refunding from G2A pretty successfully recently, but they finally banned me after 3-4 refunds. Yesterday I also got a message from Paypal basically saying that I've been having too many disputes and need to watch out. Anyways, I would like for my PP not to be limited. How do people go about making new Paypals for G2A. I get that you need a new IP, but from what I've heard most VPNs are straight up banned by G2A? How do people also go about verifying their Paypals? I know you can get a prepaid visa from CVS or something to verify to 80%, but how would you withdraw? Once the refund goes through and sending it to your main would get both accounts limited.

Buy a fully verified paypal, send funds there, pay using the new PP, get money back, send the funds to your main.
If your main paypal is fully verified, it shouldn't be limited.

How so? AFAIK in order to verify Paypal at 100% you must link a bank account.

No, just a card works fine for US at least.

I made a new account on my Macbook and used a VCC from Coinizy. I made a new PP and sent money to it from my main no problem. When I tried to activate the 30 day trial shield it asked me to add a card to my PP, but I had already added that?... When I tried confirming the card on PP it said "this card is not accepted". Does it have anything to do with the Coinizy VCC being in Canada while I am using an American IP?
