Introduction

Hello member(s) of the MPGH Empire.
I am Hugo Boss, Senior Director of Operations from the MPGH Government Health & Safety Division.
After studying the trends in 2016, we have noticed some patterns, and it is crucial that we announce that it is time we prepare for cases of any unprecedented events in the near future.
You see, for the past decade MPGH has been working closely to protect, preserve, and defend the rights of the people within the empire.
We all share similar values and fight for what we believe in. Fighting spammers, killing scammers, and coping to survive on a daily basis.
Though many died, or went inactive, we still remember those who have contributed to our community, and will continue to produce an even better community.
With the uprising of spammers, instability across the regions around the world, we want to prepare the best for ourselves, and for you the people.
We have prepared for this day since you guys chose to join our community and we wish to assure your safety.

History of the Health & Safety Division

The MPGH Government was established in 2005, almost 12 years from today.
From the establishment to this date, many have come and go shaping the community as to what it is today.
The government began to prepare these vaults and bunkers in case of any events 11 years ago when the government was worried about world events.
That was when the division launched to monitor and act as surveillance in case of any emergencies.
Of course, little did the government expect the community would grow so big in these years resulting into the limited space for vaults.
The division has also recently been working closely with scientists to develop the immortal potion and the Space-Z program. You can read more about it as you go through this letter.
Currently, the division comprises of 23 individuals including myself. All staff personnel of the division can be contacted if you have any inquiries.
So how did we get all this money to fund these programs? It's simple, we created money growing trees.

Vault Program

Inspired by Fallout 4’s Vault-Tec program, the MPGH Government is starting a vault program of which you can be enrolled by signing the form provided below.
Considering the population in MPGH, we can only afford to provide a limited number of citizen(s) to this program since it is free.
We have a total of 200 vaults which can account for 1,000 people per vault.
There is an estimated total coverage for 200,000 people excluding the trained staff which will be automatically enrolled.
We do have a population of 4 million, so first come first serve.
Each vault has it’s own democratic system and runs on its own.
The trained personnel will guide you when it’s time and what role you will have in the vault.
There will be free cake once you enter.

Note that when you apply, you will be going through a bunch of systematic checks to see if you are suitable to be a vault member.

Bunkers

At the same time, we will also be selling bunkers to those who can afford them, and live off on their own.
Every bunker is designed with it's own unique purposes and space, however, there are different tiers.
These bunkers are not completely owned by MPGH, but are partnered with a private corporation.

Economy Bunkers

Features: 1 bunk bed, First aid kid, Desk, Chair, Some supplies
Not Included: Washroom/Bathroom (whatever you call it at your country), Kitchen, Living Room, all the fancy stuff you have now

Premium Bunkers

Features: 4 bunk beds, Washroom/Bathroom (whatever you call it at your country), Kitchen, Living Room
Not Included: A fully functioning Washroom/Bathroom (whatever you call it at your country), Kitchen, all the fancy stuff you have now

Price: To be discussed with the MPGH Government, but most likely will cost you a couple hundred thousands. You might be able to afford this.

Luxury Bunkers

Features: 4 queen size beds, Washroom/Bathroom (whatever you call it at your country), Kitchen, Living Room, non-functioning pool, Walk-in Closet, Electricity, TV
Not Included: Private army

Price: To be discussed with the MPGH Government, but most likely will cost you millions. You probably won't be able to afford it.

Immortal Potion

The immortal potion is exactly like what it sounds. The potion is supposedly used to make you immortal meaning you won’t die. The MPGH scientists have already developed this potion, however, it has not been tested. We are looking for brave volunteers to test this potion. Note that you may or may not survive in this process, but hey, you might be immortal if it works

Insurance will not cover you if anything happens. This offer is not limited because we need all the volunteers we can get and it may be our solution to the rest of the people who cannot afford bunkers, or could not sign up for the vaults.

Space-Z

The concept of Space-Z is simple. You sign up, you pay, you leave earth. Unlike the other 3 programs MPGH is offering, you will be living in space, out of the earth, and potentially a new planet (we’re aiming for the exoplanets). You will be able to start your life all over again and perhaps meet aliens. Yes, aliens do exists because 26,000 years ago aliens invaded the earth. So why Space-Z?

1. You live in Space, or may live in a new planet
2. You get to leave Earth and potentially leave before any unfortunate events happen
3. You get to live with 10,000 other people who will be joined with you on this program
4. It will only cost you a small fee of $26 Million per person (to cover up the fees of building the large ass spaceship, fuel, staff that will be on-board, and supplies for your new planet colonization)
5. The spaceship has a cafeteria, luxury rooms for members including 2 king size beds with a window where you can see space, a gym, an arcade room, a shopping centre (yes there is one, but you won't be able to buy much), spacesuits that allow you go outside in space, and the list goes on. You can find out the rest once you sign up.
6. You will live a good life

Terms and Conditions

Once you purchase your ticket for Space-Z, you cannot ask for a refund, or exchange.
You may or may not be cryogenically frozen for 75% of the trip so that you won't die early on going to the new planet(s).
Of course to the cryogenic applications, you can choose no, and you can start your own life in the Spaceship-Z.
