yeah there's this bug where you can shoot his shield it should be patched otherwise i dont see any reason for buffing him, maybe remove the lag after the stun animation (so you can start shooting instantly)

Yeah, his shield is so broke. It's especially annoying when someone shoots you through the shield or knives you through it.
