You lie. I know for a fact it does because I've been banned 4 times for using it.
if you use scr_xpscale 5, it's 50 times what it's supposed to be (0.5 would be 5 times what it's supposed to be).

its a hack. you gotta download it. its also included in the vac disabler called vac chaos.

Here is a bigger list of commands. Most of them work. The only ones that dont work is the host migration b/c it's been patched and the xp scale doesn't work. If you try it it will send you back to the lobby.

g_gravity 200 the gravity defauld 600 (i thought) zero 0 No gravity

player_sprintUnlimited 1 You get unlimited sprint.
