I was going to pay the first QVC payment for a computer i wanted to refund with a prepaid card but i found out that you need a "major credit card" and i am almost certain it ont let me pay with a prepaid so how do i go about telling my mom I want to refund a computer but i will need her credit card for only one payment and it will be back in her account, and no I am not old enough to get my own cc.

If you are old enough (like 16/17?), open a student account with a bank. They will give you a regular debit card, but instead ask for VISA DEBIT card, where you can use your debit card to purchase online.
