i cant find a dll file decoder can anyone teach me how in visual basic??? i know C, C+, C++, HTML, JavaScript, And Lua but i dont know how to decode yes i know if i know all these programming languages but i only know bits and pieces of the code but i know all the basics can anyone help i will put your name in the credits for my final decoder thank you hope someone can help

If its written in c++ or something then packed with themida, good luck getting any "good" code out of it.

If you can read ASM then get IDA Pro

Also you can try and use PE Explorer

I highly doubt you know any programming languages, you just want to decompile dlls from hacks and release them by yourself.

You can barely type a sentence without me hitting my palm so hard against my face my nose bleeds.

So no we won't help you decompile dlls, and don't bother begging, we don't like copy and pasters here.
