This is a known error in Win10, I guess you get a blue box with text on it that the app can't be launched.
Step 1: Open Task manger
2. File- Run - type: powershell
3. type in powershell: sfc /scannow
IF this doens't work try this command instead of sfc /scannow
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
If that doesn't fix it restart your laptop, while it's on the windows logo shut it down do this 2-3 times, this will bring you to the
troubleshotting mode of Windows.
Go to Troubleshoot - reset laptop - keep my files.
