well it depends, have you modded the game before?

Cheating usually makes a game non fun anymore.

All the fun that was in game usually comes when you set your goal to something like getting a car that's 1 million dollars because it forces you to play the game more, but if you just spawn in money it gets boring and rather repetitive especially if you spawn more money to get different cars.
