Why do you play AQW anyway?

I've been feeling philosophical lately and got to thinking. Honestly, I'm not even sure why I still play aqw. I suppose some releases and storylines are fun. Once you play for just few weeks you can go through pretty much all the interesting, free content, then you can check each week to see if the new stuff is any good. But beyond that isn't it really just a competition to see who can put more of their time/money into the game?

What do you think? Why do you play?

I don't. I'm stuck with an 08 I traded with someone here and I only get the bonuses + ballyhoo everyday.

The reason I play AQW back after quit 2 years ago because I bored and I realized there a bot for it so....I start farming for some items that worth.....that all lol.Right now I do the daily quest for the collection class and season class

I quit for 2 years, came back when a friend mentioned the game. Got a load of nostalgia. Then they introduced VHL and AFDL. Got VHL. Have 3/5 items for AFDL. Need 1 Voucher of Nulgath for Locks of DoomLord and RNGesus to bless me with an Unidentified 35 drop. Then I'll have AFDL.

Nooooo, haha I WISH! Earlier I only had 3/5 of the items needed for AFDL. (Though now I have 4/5 -- I have Locks of the DoomLord now). Before I needed Locks of the DoomLord *AND* RNGesus to bless me with an Unidentified 35 drop. Now I only need RNGesus to bless me with a Uni 35 drop. 15% chance...I just hope I get it before I complete the quest 6 times (at 4 now).

I got known on those forums, and the BQW community was my life at some point. I missed that aspect of it, thus why I'm here on MPGH. But yeah, I only still play AQW to get all the hard-to-get stuff, and once I finish getting AFDL and the Nulgath house, I think I might take a break from the game, and go back to AQW.
