I would like to trade only with trusted users, don't mind going first with them. Fisrt im looking for small amounts like 10 USD.
I'm from argentina and the only way to send money to paypal is via "Goods and services" so i think there is a fee of like 3.4%, so if i send 10 USD you will recive a little less.
