is it possible to make a mod that changes the knike to zombie hands that allows you to infect people??? because i was trying to make a awesome mod and that just came up so i dont want to start and find out its impossible thanks

Infect people no. but you can make a knife to zombie hands because its considered as a melee weapon

if you want a zombie hand mod that lets you infect people, you may as well ask for a mod that lets you turn into the super spy during quarintine
