Can I be banned on non-PunkBuster servers?

So..I'm using koeninatorrr's ESP-Hack.

Now the question.
Im playing with the Hack on non PB servers, but can I be banned just because of being best player in the game or enyting else?
I mean a golobal PB server ban not just for the server i hacked in.
I disabled PB in the settings so i dont think that i can be banned but I dont't want to get banned.
The killcam is pretty shitty in BFBC so i dont think I could get reported by a demo.
But can a screenshot that shows that i have twice the score of others or more ban me?
Or can I go on hacking happy on non PB servers without needing to worry that I'm the best and could be banned?

its impossible to be PB banned from a non - PB server.. end of.. the only way you can get banned is by a Admin, in which case you will only be banned from that server.

Comrade, non PB server means a server that doesnt have Punkbuster enable.
In theory u will never be banned EVER by using a hack in a non PB server u CAN be banned by a administrator from that server ONLY

I guess his idea is if the local install of PB might check in there is a winject like in the ESP-hack, and so you might be banned anyway.
like wow checks all your processes...but I don't think PB does

anyway, how secure is it to use ESP on PB servers?

pb only affects ingame I guess.

Also since there are no killcams it's a bit hard to seek out hackers. Well aimbot and so is obvious but a unobvious esp'r won't get banned by admins I bet

well you can suspect some one of esp using when he has zero deaths and 24 kills on bfbc2

I had a 40:0 yesterday, but without using ESP !!!

it depends of the map, some are very sniperfriendly, some are not
