RAM>CPU>STORAGE.
You will easily cap near 8 gigs of RAM get 16gb. Upgrading CPU gains are very minimal and only really matter if you edit/model/etc. You can buy cheaper external storage, never buy their storage upgrades unless you really have the extra money.

Get the 16gb
Ram is the most important in my opinion out of cpu and storage for a mac in my opinion
