I'm sure you can mod the textures,
but you cannot mod the health regeneration abilities i believe.
Those are server side, yes, somebody correct me if i'm wrong.

I know there are VIP hacks on it etc;
but no Glitches that i know of

Yes your right, Modding health is server sided, Its same with people making nooby NX Hacks which makes you generate nx. Its server side. Thank me if i helped.

You can put a logo on the side of a texture but the other thing is server sided
