    mods need help

    could anyone help me?
    i need help on making mods
    i download everything i got Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2.6
    and GIMP 2
    but every time i am trying to make a mod it says mods\PV_L96A1.dtx' failed: Unknown file type says in all
    so plz dont send me a link to Rez editing for non-Photo shoppers
    or anything els cues i tried them all never work
    i need someone to team view me plz
    someone help i wana make mods
