dont use the custom scopes:
blue tiger 1
blue tiger 2
redtiger 1 yet, i need to edit a little thing in it

try the green camo, then itl work
the other camo's had a little bug, it fixed now, so try the other custom camos too

This one shows the files are exactly the same size even though the textures could be anything 40 bytes and over. Both mine and your 1.3 are 43,736 bytes.
Also. You forgot the clear the date last modified.
