I think all bitcoin trading sites or exchangers required ID verification. The only way is buy personal from someone here or other forums.

yes every time, but you can only pay with 'bancontact' and 'iDeal' but i guess that's for Belgium/Netherlands only

cant you do coinbase? I thought they just did ID verification to raise your limits. Could be wrong.

You could always use a vpn and stuff to make it seem like you are from there
