They can ban who ever they want. There's no competition to youtube right now. and seeing the cost, I doubt there ever will be any meaningful competitor to youtube

How I see this. H3H3 and basically every other youtuber won't quit, they keep making this bs "I we can't last any longer". If they do quit a new duplicate will take their place. Youtube knows this, we kinda know. It doesn't really effect us because someone new will take their place.
