reinstalling windows changes your HD serial, so if you change your serials on everything else too you might be able to get rid of a HW ban

i got hw banned ages ago...but when i got it, it was after i had like 5 acc's banned...but then again, i know friends who've had 10-20 acc's banned, though never got hw ban, so i guess it depends on the mood the guy spreading out the ban's is...i guess i caught him on a bad day =/
