Ahh the program is a proxy that will run CA through the proxy and therefore through another computer with hopefully the correct european IP... But, most of these proxys have incredibly slow connections... so i doubt its gonna work... i think its a SOCKS proxy, but i say google it to be sure first...

its easier to hack in EU than it is in NA EU has worse support, Hackshield shit etc etc
