    Normally I would do the same, But there are a lot of different VPS hosts, with various prices.

    Edit: @op, I use https://www.vultr.com/ . I've been using it the past few days, everything seems to work as promised. It's within a reasonable price as well.(Note that I'm using linux, not windows though, but they do have options for windows)
