If anything, you are the fucking retard. I gave a call to Pixel, gave them a one liner stating that the box was empty, they sent me an email to confirm my statement, and I get a refund confirmation. Obviously my statement of getting a refund "easily" is in reference to this. When the fuck does easily = instantly? If you can't comprehend then get the fuck off this thread you imbecile. This is exactly the same procedure EVERY single refunder does for Google. This also applies to the majority of the companies people refund, they claim the package was empty and whether you fail or not, depends on how well you stick to your story, how confident you sound, or whether you're in between the lines of the refund policy.

For the record, I will be trying Google again with the same tactic one more and see if I can get another device

All these refund service providers are bashing on you because they don't want to jeopardize their services. In reality everything depends on how well you communicate and bring out your story to the customer service agent because the tactics are known everywhere.
