I guess they're really broke or from third world countries... I mean a mere $10 in my native country, you could live for 2 weeks... maybe for most developed countries it is retarded to scam someone for $10 but for many it may worth more than you think. I still do not agree with their retarded method of scamming others to get things they want for free, it won't get any better as people are born greedy and want more of everything.
