Your KDR is good as it is, since you are pro it will raise higher. No need for a reset and just play in delta or black market where you have a less chance of encountering a opk hacker.

You know, there was a weekly scheduled maintenance for Combat Arms
so i'm guessing, you CAN get a kdr reset, and feel safe that a majority (I'm not saying ALL) hacks are gone
If you REALLY want to get this KDR reset, then go ahead : D
But a lot of us here at MPGH advise you not to, so you can maintain a nice KDR
and yes, 1.45 is a nice kdr, it's like a mask, it hides your true kdr which is higher.

Please be aware that we will be performing a server-wide maintenance on Tuesday, March 16, starting at 10 PM Pacific / 1 AM Eastern and will last approximately 8 hours. During this time, game servers will be offline, and the website may be temporarily unavailable. We will work to complete this process and bring the servers up as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT CHANGE IN MAINTENANCE POLICY: Previously, it has been our policy to conduct a few very extended maintenances to accomplish a large set of tasks. We’ve changed our policy to perform weekly 4-8 hour maintenances, with the benefit that we are able to complete maintenance procedures within the allotted time slot. We hope this change allows players to plan around maintenance days (late Tuesday night, early Wednesday morning) more effectively.
