I have not verified my address or ID. Nonetheless, I have a fresh business account with everything verified. Yet, it still runs into problems sending money since it is new. So, be aware of that.

First off US PayPals aren't the same as the UK. Business accounts are also different to individual accounts as they require additional info, these are fully verified individual accounts.

Yes, but either way. PayPal has a security system set up. So, for new accounts they can accept money but sometimes have trouble sending it.

That's why your account must be aged to prevent that. It doesn't have to be really old.

Either that or I can give you a few sites which accept PayPal with a low fee and all you do then is withdraw to a real PP.

I dont get it, I doubt anyone runs into trouble with PayPal, the main issue is Ebay's shitty 21d Hold which does apply to UK accounts fyi.

Don't think you know much about PayPal at all, nearly all unverified accounts or ones without docs will get limited and have an issue. 21 day holds happen to all new accounts, if you age them and do a few transactions they don't tend to get held.
