click Edit > Scroll down past your post > Manage attachments button

yeah that, and also, if you are going to upload a file, you must include 2 virus scans, and at least 1 screen shot

Yes, or you can edit and go into advanced options after you mad the original post. But you have limited amount of time after the time you posted to edit in the attachment.
