Your ping won't decrease with a new video/graphics card, you need a better connection for that.

A new videocard will make you have less Framelag (frames per second, the more frames per second the better)

I'll buy a new graphics card see if that makes it a little faster but if not time to switch internet :P

If you get good Frames Per Second on the Singleplayer, your graphics card is good, if that is the case, you should upgrade your internet

Thats a problem on your side then, could be your firewall, antivirus or a bad connection to the internet

true dat...I never have connection issues, the only thing I wonder about is...sometimes if I try to join a server like 15/24 it says it's full, which is kinda annoying. I do have a sucky internet and therefore not the best ping...I cannot get any better internet... =/

I have same problem, game shows 12/32 and when I connect it says full, some servers work. :/
And when I play singleplayer I have 40fps on low, but when I go to MP I have 10-25fps, whats the problem?
