next time I'll leave out the custom scopests and just do the iwd files. Then lets see what happens.
Could it be because I am running the german version?

NOTE: multiplayer with the german version appears no different, I can play with peoples of all origins.
or different countries, and 1,3 worked on it, so thats probably not the issue.

Go right-click Steam icon in taskbar, select Games or Library, depends on whether or not beta. Then right-click the game, properties. Local. Delete Local Game Cache/Content.

Ok, i took out my troubleshooting skills, and it turns out, the folder iw blabal 2 might be the culprit. Anyway, I did not copy this folder, and it works now!

P.S. The colors you chose are perfect, and extremely visible!
