Probably would have to find second handed parts. Not sure if you'll find anything in EU. Any G4560 + RX460/470/480/570/580 is good. Unlikely you'll find a whole build for $340 though

yea, only game I play is csgo, and the specs are more the enough for smooth csgo gameplay, so I think it will be fine, those parts are good enough to run csgo smooth + record with obs I think.

Oh if you're just playing CS:GO it should be fine. You'll be above 60 FPS.

looked into it, it can play 200 while recoding full maxed out. I play 4:3 so more fps

I mean it doesn't really matter unless you have a 144Hz+ monitor. It can't show more than 60/75 FPS.
