Get a SSD and put your OS on it. You will never go back. No much headway to upgrade your CPU since your MB can't overclock. Get a better GPU after the SSD.

Like kj said, get an SSD and wait for VEGA if you're gonna get a new graphics card.
CPU is fine, upgrading to an i7 won't get you much more performance for gaming anyway.

if you really want an upgrade right now, the only sensible thing would be to upgrade your GPU to a 1070/1080 as upgrading your CPU won't add a noticeable increase in gaming, and like the people above said, Getting an SSD and putting your OS and your most used games and applications on it will make your computer run that much faster

Subsitute your HDD with an SSD, and buy a GTX 1060 6GB VRam
