    Problem With Modding PLz help

    Ok well im doing everything right for starting to modd but everytime i try to bring up dtx converter or rez inject or rez extractor it says application has failed to initials terminate application. plz im on this site all day its awesome i just wanna do more for this site and crate awesome things. plzzzz help
