GTX 1060 or GTX 980 Ti?

im looking to buy a new PC, but i dont know whether i should choose the 1060 or the 980 Ti.

but id go for the 980ti, even though it will suck more power than the 1060 its performance is still decently better

I checked the FPS comparison on some of the games i play and looks like the 980 Ti is much better...

On Amazon 980ti costs ~$650, and 1060 (6 gb) costs ~$250. So if you have a deal somewhere where they cost the same defiently go for 980 ti, but if the price is higher than $300 I would defiently recommend 1070

booi you should go for 980ti it is much more powerful, VR runs better on the gtx1060 but in terms of pure gaming 980ti wins all day

Wrote in a similar thread, but yeah go for the 980ti. They have some factory overclocked models as well, or you could OC it manually.

980 ti all the way. Make sure your PSU is enough though.
