AutoGuardion Knot Is a good one
Another thing you could do is just go into WMM
Import the video
Drag into the timeline
And just render it , at best quality
After rendering it you can turn 500 MB files into 30MB files.

Vegas compresses when it renders so what's the point?

Nah B, You can just take the raw 900 MB file, then use autoguardian knot. But i still recommend the WMM its alot simpler. Autoguardian knot is still effective though.

Here was this rough intro for a friend, but i scratched it because i wasn't really trying to make him an intro , i was trying to test out the effect.
