Ok, I am just like you, bad lag everytime I go to fight an enemy, or throw a nade, and the nades kills you, because you couldn't move for the lag. This works!!! I have to give creds toJustinFatalX, for his tut https://www.mpgh.net/forum/186-combat...ombat-lag.html this will be the first thing you do, Then go into CA reduce settings to lowest they will go, this will help more. Go download, if you dont already have it, Gamebooster, defrag everything it will defrag, then at the bottom of Gamebooster, you will see an icon to clean and boost pc now, Download that, it is an affiliate of gamebooster, it will clean things you're disc cleanup and defrag wont, then it has a turbo boost with it, that will grealy reduce lag in CA.
I lagged terribly before , now i might lag up for a second or so one or 2 times a game, instead of at every battle. I will edit this with links,pics, and A really detailed explantaion if I get enough views, might make it sticky....
I changed my virtual memory to 4096 on all drives, changed vid card settings to performance, cc cleaner and reg cleaner, advanced system care 3, and gamebooster defrag, and increased fps by 20x thanks if I helped, Will make a tut to sticky if necessary.

I doubt that disk fragmentation will have that big of an effect, though. I have Gamebooster but I never use it, I've always been dubious about how well those things work. If you want to convince people this really works, run a benchmark before and after your guide and post.

I am almost finished, but I feel ya on the software scare, but this stuff is spyware free, and all have been approved on the BBB. Better Business Bureau ,
and I have used them all, I will make a great tut when this is finished,.

A buddy has a very crappy computer, so I Teamviewed him and fixed this on his...
He went from
Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg
40, 25345, 0, 7, 1.578
before I did these steps, to
Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg
2501, 147967, 1, 35, 16.902

Could you elaborate a bit more on these stats? Like for example "Frames" went from 40 - 2501. It's definitely not frames per second, right?
