I made a new & animated sig for my group

What do you guys think? It took me 4 days of free time to make from scratch! I made a 750x450, 680x600, & 250x200 versions. I intend to make a 500x300 version, and a 750x250 version to complement different peoples wants. I hope my group likes it.

What exactly fails about my text? Is it the font? Is it the effects? Is it the animation of the text?

your postition for the text is CRAP, thats why its shit. Its not the effects or font or whatever, those are small changes. Its how u positiong the text that makes a hell of a difference.

Btw: can you quickly explain how you did the animation effects like that?

OK I made some changes to the text.
I really wish someone could advise me about positioning, rather than just saying it's bad. Also, this is an animation. Which means it's a .gif and can only have a few dozen colors. Adding effects to the text took days cause most effects I tried screwed up my color palette.
