All Clan Levels to Lvl.9

Yeh its what the title said, I was bored so I made all clan levels to Lvl.9

Inject the 01.DTX into UI_SCR_Common.rez and then re-name the UI_SCR_Common.reznew into UI_SCR_COMMON.rez & Delete the old file.

so if u go to clan war u play against some 7lvl but u cant see it and then u think they are noobz..
