A low-limit, low feedback account is the cheapest I have. Which again would be $150. Be advised that since you already have an account created. You will need to follow the eBook exactly as it reads to ensure your accounts are not linked.

Be careful dealing with new user that just joined 2 days ago selling pricey accounts. If you are in Aus and already have an aus ebay account you can just go to ebay.com and sign in there and list and put item location as usa.
