If you open them in time you go negative
If you don't open them you lose them after like 12 hours or something but I've never actually seen if they go negative if you don't open

Let me tell you bro , The way i know about the negative balance is only carded + They are very clever they do close it these kind of accounts even after 3 months , And you lose all stats , Thats what happened with me with this kind of account. So do warn people cuz losing their stats and and rank is the worse thing.
