Recently I took up a little sideproject at school, a genetic algoritm. It involves a bit of coding in Excel VBA, and I was suprised how much fun coding is! So now I'm thinking of really getting into it, but I have no idea where to start...
What language is the best to start? And which one is the best to make hacks/injectors for games like CS:GO, COD, BF? Are there any tutorials you guys recommend?

When it comes to cheating,C++ is the answer.
Well, starting C++ doesnt mean that in a week u will be able to create ur own cheat.
If u want to learn C++ or any other prog.language in "a day",go to North Pole.
These things take time.
About the first part of ur question,i have no idea but a guess ia Java (?).

There is nothing "easy to learn".
Even if u spend years into coding,u will always find something new to learn.
Its harder to achieve a decent level on C++ (than other prog.lang.) but since u do it,u will love it.

If I were you, I wouldn't start with C++. I'd learn Python or Javascript to start. I would recommend Python the most, as it's very basic, but still encompasses all the essentials. After learning Python effecrively, I'd move to C++.
C++ is without doubt the best programming language, but I wouldn't start it immediately. I know from experience. I started with Java, but it was too hard and I didnt get anywhere. I learned Python instead, and then Java was a breeze.

Well as most people have already said, C++ is what you want for hack development and as others have said it isn't the easiest to learn and I wouldn't suggest it as a first language. This is because there is enough to learn without worrying about such things as memory allocation or dereferencing pointers, that can come later. I'd suggest an Object Orientated or Event Driven language as your first to learn like C#, Java or VB.net. When I first learnt to code I found the VB.net tutorials by the youtube channel TeachMeComputer to be quite useful. As for C# and Java there are plenty of resources available for those as they are both popular languages.

I suggest Python or C++, they are both easy to learn and powerful.
Assembly and C++, but if you are new in this you will find this really hard. First start learning some Java or C# after that C++ will be easier but the hardest one will be assembly
People have suggested C++ which is great for CSGO and similar cheats.
In my opinion you should start out with python. It's very easy to get the hang of and it's really really easy to make scripts in a matter of seconds
For me, when I started coding I used Visual Basics (VB), it was easy, mainly because I think I adapted more better at VB than C++ & C#, when I tried doing any of those two languages, I'll be like WTF??
I did do some python, it was a bit easy though. I did things (Basics) like loops, variables etc.
For game injections I would recommend c#, it's basically universal.
