Need Help

Looking for someone who has some time on their hands to teach me coding a gta mod menu. Of course with using their time I will pay for their time.
But I'm not looking for just anyone to show me the ropes but someone who has a working online mod menu and can be vouched for.
I know the general part of a mod menu from me downloading extremely old source codes but there are a lot of things that arent simply out there on google that can answer my questions.

just take a sudomod base like OriginMenu and update the crossmap.cpp using the new decompiled game scripts, done.

I have tried downloading the sudomod from infamous team that they have posted here but when going onto the link it says i dont have enough access. And as for crossmapping, I have read over and over on how to use Mikes Crossmapp update hashing and the details on how to just dont make sense.

Now all I need to do is update crossmaps? Im sure there is more to that then just crossmaps
