Cheat Engine - Modification Liquide Divinium Value

My question will sound stupid but what happens if you change the number of LD using Cheat Engine?

I want to clarify that I use an unsigned version of Cheat Engine

you can change the display value using cheat engine, so they're pretty much ghost LD you can't use them and it's just going to end in an error buddy, there might be an underlining way to change the actual value of LD, but none that I know of.
