The Razer Krakens have a pretty good mic, well from what I can tell mine do at least.
Sound quality is really good too, though the leather like stuff that goes around the foam ear cups wears out after a while, but they are still fully functional.
I'd recommend the Kraken V2's.
Instead of going with an actual headset you could go with a mic/headphones combo, to have good mic quality and audio.
Buy some good sennheiser headphones and a standalone mic like the blue yeti or AT2020 w/mic stand & pop filter.
Heard nothing but bad things from the Kraken series..
I really just want a single headset instead of buying two separate things.
Even buying a standalone mic wouldn't be an option because I have no room on my desk for it, and I don't want a boom arm in my face and covering my monitors.
