Water is really just water tbh. Though here in the US the tap water is shit so bottled water is the way to go. I personally drink Smartwater as well. The large bottles are nice and it isn't to expensive.

In US tap water is not healthy as it is fluoridated and you should avoid drinking it.

For real, in Germany the water from bottles can have dirt in it then the tap water. So the tap water is way more cleaner.
