File is safe mate. Its just false positive. you just have to disable your AV, and redownload the hack.

Used this hack for a long time, first account got banned awhile back but pretty sure it was just because in one match i made a slight mistake and it seemed obvious walls. FeelsBad. but Started up again on a new one, working well. Sometimes I get a crash using Health Chams though. Also, I am only able to set the FOV for aimbot in the settings and then it doesnt let me type anything else. As well as pressing F2 for custom keys, nothing happens. Not sure what's up. Just wanna chagne Triggerbot key back to middle mouse so it's not a pain in the ass and awkward to peek with it while trying to use D to move. Great Hack glad to see it's still kicking ass.
